Division

We have been super busy this week getting our heads around division. We are not writing these as number sentences yet (15 ÷ 3 = 5) but are wording the problem this way '15 divided by 3' or as '15 shared equally between 3'.

We have been using concrete objects in order to solve division problems. Our working wall shows the way that we approach problems, this will help if you plan on doing some more of these at home. 

In class, we would solve the problem this way using resources. You could use paper and any small objects.
